Cookie Policy

Effective Date: 29 August 2026   ·   Last Updated: 29 August 2026

1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how The Third Eye Astro Private Limited (the “Company”, “White Magic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website (www.whitemagicwellness.com) and mobile application (together, the “Platform”).

This Policy applies to everyone who uses the Platform, whether you’re browsing, downloading, accessing, registered, an Advisor/Reader, or a customer, and whether or not you’ve made a payment. We refer to all of you as “You” or “Your” in this Policy.

This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy (and other applicable policies available on the Platform), which explains in more detail how we handle your personal information. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Usage.

2. What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies?

A cookie is a small text file that a website or app stores on your device. Cookies help a website ‘remember’ you - for example, keeping you logged in, or remembering your preferences as you move between pages or return later. Such cookies are usually only read by the server placed and the user may choose to block these cookies on their computers. Some cookies also automatically record basic session information, such as when you visit and how you use the Platform, so the site can recognise you when you return.

‘Similar technologies’ is a broader term that also covers things like local storage, session storage, mobile app storage (sometimes called shared preferences), and software development kits (SDKs) built into an app. These work in a similar way to cookies: they store or read small amounts of information on your device to make the Platform work properly.

For simplicity, in this Cookie Policy we use the word “Cookies” to refer to all of these technologies, unless it says otherwise.

3. Why We Use Cookies

We currently use Cookies only to improve the user experience and ensure that the Platform is functioning properly, effectively and securely. In particular, we use them to:

3.1 Keep you logged in during a session, so you don’t have to sign in again on every page or screen;

3.2 Recognise your device so your session can be renewed automatically when needed;

3.3 Help protect your account by verifying that a session is genuine and preventing unauthorised access.

We do not currently use Cookies for advertising, marketing, profiling, or analytics purposes (see Clause 5 below).

If this changes in the future, for example, if we introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this Policy and put in place an appropriate consent mechanism (such as a cookie banner) before doing so.

4. Cookies We Currently Use

The table below lists the specific cookies presently used on the Platform. All of them are strictly necessary and first-party (set directly by us, not by any third party).

Cookie NameProviderPurposeCategory

refresh_tokenWhite MagicAllows your session to be renewed without logging in again.Strictly Necessary
tokenExpiryWhite MagicRecords when your authentication token expires, so we know when to renew it or log you out.Strictly Necessary

In addition to the cookies above, our website may use session storage (temporary storage cleared when you log out), and our mobile apps use local app storage / shared preferences to keep you logged in and remember your session while you use the app. These work like cookies and are used for the same purposes described in this Policy.

5. Third-Party Cookies

A third-party cookie is one placed by a company other than us, for example, an analytics or advertising provider. We do not currently use any third-party cookies on the Platform. No external analytics, advertising, or tracking company is able to place cookies through the Platform today.

6. Other Technologies We Use (SDKs, Pixels, and Similar Tools)

Our mobile apps use a third-party authentication and notification infrastructure provider for core functions such as login/authentication and push notifications (for example, alerts about your consultations, orders, or chat/call requests). This provider is not used for advertising or analytics tracking on our Platform, and we do not use any advertising or attribution SDK.

We do not currently use tracking pixels, web beacons, or tags (such as an advertising pixel or marketing tag) on the Platform.

7. Cookie Banner and Your Consent

We currently only use strictly necessary cookies. These cookies are strictly necessary for the Platform to function and therefore do not require consent under applicable privacy laws. For this reason, the Platform does not currently display a cookie consent banner. If we introduce any cookies that require consent in the future, we will present a consent mechanism before placing them.

If we introduce any non-essential cookies in the future (such as analytics or marketing cookies), we will notify you and, where required by law, obtain your consent before those cookies are set for example, through a cookie banner or preference centre.

8. How You Can Control Cookies

Even though we only use necessary cookies today, you can still control cookies and similar storage on your own device:

8.1 Browser settings: Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies through their settings menu. Steps vary by browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, etc.) — check your browser’s help section for instructions.

8.2 Mobile app storage: You can clear local app storage through your device’s app settings, or by logging out of or uninstalling the app.

Please Note: Given that our cookies are strictly necessary, blocking or deleting them may log you out or prevent you from using certain features of the Platform, and you may need to log in again.

9. Use, Sharing and Retention of Cookie Information

9.1 Use of Cookie-Related Information: Information collected through the cookies and storage technologies used on the Platform is used solely to authenticate and maintain your logged-in session and is not used for any other purpose.

9.2 Sharing with third parties: Information collected through such cookies and storage technologies is not shared with, or processed by, any third party, and is retained by us for the sole purpose described above.

9.3 Retention: Such information is retained only for as long as your session remains active and is cleared upon logout or expiry of the relevant token.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example, if we start using new types of cookies or tools. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. If a change is significant such as introducing analytics or marketing cookies we will take reasonable steps to let you know, and seek your consent where required by law.
