On your birth details: we ask for them on WhatsApp, never on this page and never in a form. Date, time and place of birth go to your reader directly and are not stored in any spreadsheet or tool. If you would rather give only the date, say so. A reader can work with less, and will tell you what that costs in precision.

A reading tells you where you are. A remedy is the part someone else carries for you: a fire lit, a mantra counted, your name spoken aloud in a place you are not standing in. You get the whole recording, not a clip, so you can see exactly what was done.

Most stores will sell you a planet's stone off a chart on a poster. We would rather a reader looked at your kundli first, because the wrong stone for a badly placed graha is worse than no stone at all. Pick the one you have been told to strengthen and we will put you in front of a reader.
Substitute stones (uparatna) only. We do not sell ruby, blue sapphire, emerald or yellow sapphire, and we will not recommend one over WhatsApp.

Every piece ships with a laboratory certificate. Where a stone is treated (and in this trade many are), we say so on the listing and on the invoice. You always know exactly what you bought.
You can see it before it ships
Natural stone varies, and the photograph on this page is not the exact piece you will get. Ask on WhatsApp and we will get you a picture of the actual bracelet before it is dispatched. If you would rather have a different one, say so and we will swap it.

White Magic is a spiritual guidance platform: practices, private one-to-one sessions held over video, voice or chat and archived for you afterwards. This store exists because people kept asking their reader which stone to wear. It is the object at the end of a conversation, not the conversation.
Sessions are booked on the main site, not here. Reader availability and the full price list live there and are the version to trust.
Before you order.
Are the stones genuine?
Every piece ships with a laboratory certificate naming the material. Our lapidary runs its own testing lab, which is the reason we buy from them and not from a wholesaler. Where a stone has been dyed or heat-treated, which is normal in this trade and not a defect, we say so on the listing and on the invoice. If you want a picture of the actual piece before it is dispatched, ask on WhatsApp and we will get one for you.
How do I choose the right one?
Start with what's actually on your mind rather than the stone's name. That's why everything here is filed by intention. Ask the Guide in the corner and it will narrow it to one or two in about thirty seconds. And if you'd rather a person did it, speak to a reader on whitemagicwellness.com and she'll name your stones for you.
What size are the bracelets?
Round beads on a strong elastic cord, one size, made to fit most adult wrists. If it will not stretch over your hand, message us within seven days and we will replace it. We do not currently string to a custom measurement.
How do I pay?
Send your cart through WhatsApp and we reply with a payment link. UPI, card or netbanking. Prepaid orders take 5% off automatically, which is why we push them. We dispatch once payment lands.
Shipping and returns?
Delivery is free above ₹1,599 of physical goods and ₹99 below that. Readings and reports ship nothing, so they carry no delivery charge at all. Three to five days to metros, seven to ten elsewhere in India. If a piece arrives damaged or is not what we described, message us within seven days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full. Returns for a change of mind are accepted within seven days if the piece is unworn and in its box; the return courier is on us.
Can you gift-wrap it?
Yes, at no charge. Tell us on WhatsApp and it goes out wrapped, with a card in your words and no invoice in the box. The occasion sets were built for exactly this.
How does a reading actually work?
You pick a block (20, 30 or 45 minutes) and pay for it up front through a link we send on WhatsApp. We match you to one of our readers and confirm a time that suits you. The session runs on WhatsApp, voice or chat, whichever you prefer, and you get a written summary afterwards. It is a block, not a meter: it does not keep running and you are never billed for more than you agreed. Nothing physical ships, so there is no delivery charge on it.
Do you do cash on delivery?
Will I get a GST invoice?

How do I look after them?
Put the bracelet on after perfume and moisturiser, not before, and take it off before a shower. Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Store it flat rather than stretched over a hook, which is what kills the elastic. Tiger eye and lapis will dull if you soak them, so keep those dry.
